The Tradition Town Center will be the "hub" of this new hometown. Your own personal downtown — with "big city" conveniences at your fingertips, set in a scenic, mixed use, and pedestrian friendly environment.
While smaller retail and professional services are strategically placed into our neighborhoods, the Town Center is where larger retail and office buildings are carefully integrated with green space and activity centers like colleges/universities, health and wellness facilities, centers for the arts, entertainment venues, and a variety of housing options.
Strategically located at the intersection of two new major four-lane highways, Town Center businesses and residents have easy access to the city centers of Biloxi and Gulfport, as well as the Interstate 10 corridor.
Spanning over 600 acres, the Town Center will develop over many phases — all linked by a common master plan, design code, and covenants. The master plan framework was recently completed in March 2008 by renowned land planners, Broaddus Associates.
The first phase of the Town Center is under construction, with William Carey University anticipated to hold its inaugural year of classes at Tradition in Fall 2009. They will be joined shortly by medical support facilities, research & development companies, and other large office users.
