Homesite Sizes: Unlike typical suburban subdivisions, our homesites are generally rectangular in shape, since you don't need the width to accommodate your garage, which we have carefully tucked away at the rear of the homesite and accessed by a private lane. The ideal homesite for you may be determined based on the width of your desired home, as all homesites are generally 120 feet deep, but vary in frontage. Each homesite has a minimum home square footage requirement, but no maximum, as long as the home does not exceed homesite coverage ratios as outlined in the Tradition Design Code.

Timetable to Build: You can take up to 12 months, from your closing date, to start construction on the majority of our homesites. However, on certain homesites, you can take up to three (3) years to start construction of the home of your dreams. Phase I is a perfect opportunity to lock in a great price & timetable to build that meets your needs!
