To maintain the highest level of quality, each home in the Village is constructed by a member of the Village Builders Guild. Each member was selected based upon demonstrated quality and their reputation for customer service. They are well-versed in the Tradition Design Code and community vision. They will work with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to make sure that each home design adheres to the guidelines, maximizes the special features of each homesite, while allowing each builder to showcase his/her special craftsmanship.
