Harrison County Public School District includes North Woolmarket Elementary and Middle School, which houses grades K-8, and is only five miles south of Tradition. Also, D'Iberville High School, which opened in Spring 2009, is located approximately eight miles south for students in grades 9-12. These schools are conveniently located along the new Highway 67. St. Patrick Catholic High School was named one of the top 50 Catholic High Schools in the U.S. in October 2010, and is located at Tradition. Students in grades 7-12 come together to learn in this $30 million state-of-the-art facility that opened in August 2007. St. Patrick has a wide-ranging curriculum, award-winning athletic programs and facilities and an onsite chapel. Future plans include the addition of a parochial elementary school and Catholic Church. William Carey University – Tradition Campus offers higher education offerings to the community, with undergraduate and master degree programs in the liberal arts, business, communications, education, science, psychology, nursing, religion, theatre, graphic arts and music.
